Making cake pops can be very frustrating, if you have tried making them at home you know exactly what I am talking about. Maybe some of the issues you came across was that your chocolate was not smoothly coated on your cake ball, maybe after you finally dipped your cake balls your chocolate started to crack or maybe your ball kept sliding down your stick, ugh so annoying! During this class I will demo how I prepare my cake batter, how I achieve perfectly smooth cake balls, how to thin out your chocolate to make dipping easier, how to dip your cake pop, how to store them and finally how to make my famous ice cream cone cake pops!! After taking this class you will no longer be frustrated with making these little treats of heaven.
You will go home with a printed handbook containing all the information taught during this class, a gift bag containing some of the tools I use at home and six of your very own hand-crafted cake pops! - Marble cake is the flavor we will be using for your cake pops. Panera Bread will be served, you will receive an email a few weeks before the class containing the schedule for the class and asked what you would like for lunch.
This class is for adults only. Ticket sales are final, no refunds or exchanges of any kind are given, unless this class is rescheduled or canceled by Ivry's Delights. All our items are baked in a home kitchen that is not allergy free. Your items may contain nuts of all kind, gluten, dairy and eggs.
