Bake With Ivry from Ivry's Delights

Have you ever wanted to learn how to bake and decorate the perfect sugar cookies?  During this class I will be demoing how to mix my sugar cookie recipe, how to roll out the dough to achieve even thickness, how to prepare you cookie sheet to insure your cookies don't burn and how I keep the shape of my cookies while they bake. I will also demo how I mix my royal icing recipe and how to achieve the perfect icing consistency for flooding, outlining and floral work. After all the essentials have been taught, lunch will be served. After we are done enjoying our lunch, I will lead the group step by step on how to decorate four. After taking this class you will be able to go home and recreated your own beautifully decorated and delicious sugar cookies!

You will be going home with the four cookies you decorated, the knowledge needed to help you bake and decorate your own cookies at home, a gift bag containing some tools we will be using during the class, a practice sheet used for royal icing and a packet full of all the tips, tricks and techniques taught during the class.
